After bite attacks – Peed in the police car with a smile on his face

Date:

A “happy little man” was simply unstoppable: an 18-year-old was convicted again after robbery, theft and assault in the Mostviertel. Now the relevant criminal record has to go to jail.

A Mostviertler has already collected a significant number of criminal offenses at a young age: robbery, serious bodily injury, theft, material damage, coercion and resistance to state authority, the 18-year-old has already registered. Sentenced last year to a suspended sentence, he now had to answer to the regional court in St. Pölten again.

Years of drug use
He had let his criminal streak run wild several times over the summer. In July, he arranged for “unpaid” alcohol supplies at a gas station. Caught by a man who was stealing, he made his way free and fled. A week later, he attacked police officers after reporting property damage. “I jumped at them in a speeding frenzy,” the 18-year-old recalls. Two weeks later, he demanded money from a boy on the platform to buy drugs, threatening to beat him.

probation and therapy
And to top it all off, he resisted arrest in early September by insulting, threatening and spitting on four police officers. When his FFP2 mask was adjusted by an officer during transport, he bit him several times. Finally, as a goodbye, he laughed and urinated in the police car. Now the young criminal has been sentenced to 24 months of partial conditional detention – legally binding.
