An argument between nine men in a working-class neighborhood in Hall in Tyrol got completely out of hand late Saturday night. The police had to come. Several people were injured.
Around 11 p.m. an argument, initially verbal, broke out between four men from Sri Lanka, four Romanians and a Ukrainian at the Hall accommodation. The dispute gradually escalated.
Two injured people were taken to hospital
Finally the fists flew. “Several people were injured,” police said. A man from Sri Lanka was taken to Hall hospital for further clarification and the Ukrainian was taken by ambulance to the Innsbruck clinic.
Apparently no one was seriously injured. The reason for the escalating dispute is not yet known.
