In Bregenz (Vorarlberg) a serious accident took place late in the afternoon on Saturday. A pregnant 25-year-old pedestrian was hit on a protective path. An alcohol driver (56) had overlooked her in heavy rain.
The woman was hit head-on by the man’s car and fell to the ground. After first aid from the emergency room doctor, the 25-year-old was taken to hospital with injuries, the police report.
