A 16-year-old was actually in a car with a backpack full of fireworks. According to police, he was initially seen trying to put the bag away. When asked about it, the boy denied the crime.
After a short time, however, he admitted to buying illegal pyrotechnics in the Czech Republic. The bag contained fireworks that are only for sale from the age of 18. These include powerful twin flash bangers that can cause serious damage when detonated.
The fireworks were taken from him and the boy reported.
