“The enemy has attacked a critical energy infrastructure in the Lviv region. In Lviv there are problems with electricity supply and interruptions in mobile telephony,” said the head of the regional military administration, Maksym Kozytskyi.

The heads of the regional administrations of Kryvyy Rih, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Poltava and Kharkiv also reported the rocket attack by Russia and called on the population to remain in shelters.

For example, from 2.45 pm to 1.45 pm in Euskal Herria, the anti-aircraft alert was activated for the whole of Ukraine because of possible missile attacks.

At the same time, Oleksiy Arestovich, adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine, launched a message to the G20and has questioned the alleged progress made at the summit: “Hey, G20, what about progress and negotiations?” he wrote on his Twitter account, where he mentioned the mass launch shortly before of missiles in Ukraine on the Russian side, and linked it to the summit that started today in Bali.
