A traffic accident happened in Enns on Tuesday. An 89-year-old man from the neighborhood was hit by a car while crossing the street. The pensioner was seriously injured.
A 69-year-old Bosnian woman from Dietach drove her car on Dr.-Renner-Straße (L 568) – coming from Asten – towards the center of Enns on Tuesday around 4.45 pm.
Car hit retirees
A local pedestrian (89) crossed the road at the same time. He was hit by the car and thrown over the hood onto the windshield. He was knocked down with head injuries and a broken femur.
Eyewitness First Responders
Passers-by alerted the rescue service and gave the man first aid. The pensioner was admitted to the Kepler University Hospital in Linz after first aid from the notary.
