Terrible incident Friday evening in Kappl in the Tyrolean district of Landeck: A German (24) fell from about six meters high when he tried to climb onto the floor in his room. He seriously injured his head. He had already attracted the attention of his colleague (22).
Shortly after 10 p.m., two Germans aged 22 and 24 tried to use a robber’s ladder to get to their room at their holiday home in Kappl through the outer facade. The reason: you forgot the key. The 22-year-old lifted the 24-year-old. Shortly afterwards, however, he lost his balance and fell from more than six meters onto a lower terrace. The man suffered serious head injuries and was taken to hospital after first aid.
Rather riot in a taxi
Even before this incident, the two young Germans probably got noticed. When they wanted to take a taxi to their accommodation in Kappl shortly after 10 p.m., they may have collided with the driver. They would have complained about the rate. The 24-year-old yanked the taximeter from the anchorage. The two men then fled without paying first.
According to initial findings, both men may have been heavily intoxicated. They appear after the research is completed.
