“No logical reasons” for death
“In the end I killed him,” the 23-year-old – defended by lawyer Florian Kreiner – admits in court. There are “no logical reasons” for this cruelty. He allegedly tried to resuscitate the dog with a straw, but he died instantly when he was hit on the chair.
Also dangerous threat of anger
In addition to animal cruelty, the Viennese regional court is charged with threatening a father and his family. Even then, anger got the better of him.
