The woman from Wels (36) is the mother of ten-year-old Aron, who was mistakenly vaccinated against human papillomavirus (HPV) at Marchtrenk secondary school on October 4. The parents had previously ordered that their son not be vaccinated.

The public prosecutor in Wels dropped the mother’s declaration after a preliminary investigation because the consequences for the son’s health lasted less than 14 days. Apparently he only complained about vaccination reactions for a few days.

However, the mother then filed a complaint for unauthorized medical treatment. But again, the Public Prosecution Service refrained from starting an investigation – because it must have been intentional. “In my frustration, I asked the Federal President to look into the matter. However, he forwarded my letter to the Cabinet of the Minister of Health asking me to contact me directly. But there was no response.”
