A witness observed the drunkard’s destructive activities around 1:30 p.m. in Ruckergasse and alerted the police. The suspect, a German, was stopped at the intersection of Bischoffgasse and Rosasgasse. The 28-year-old still had the knife in his hand and his little finger was bleeding.
