The Basque Energy Agency (EVE) has opened an aid program with a grant of 3.8 million euros to improve energy efficiency in the Basque tourism sector.
The application deadline is extended from December 13, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
EVE’s general manager, Iñigo Ansola, presented the recovery plan’s so-called utility for energy efficiency projects of tourist accommodation companies at a press conference in Bilbao.
The final recipients of support for the implementation of the actions are owners of tourist accommodation buildings in the Basque Country or operators, tenants or concessionaires of tourist accommodation buildings in the Basque Country.
