The volunteer fire brigade in Baden-Stadt reports a “déjà vu in the Kurpark Baden”: Because the driver of a car got stuck again and again on a hiking trail by car, this time the driver of a taxi, of which, there is no trace though…
According to the fire service, the taxi had gone too far to the left in the upper forest area of the Kurpark and slipped over the path boundary. The car was then standing with the underbody on a steep slope – further driving was impossible. “According to the tracks, the driver must have tried in vain to get the vehicle out of there,” said the volunteer fire brigade. Apparently, the driver gave up on his plan – and ran.
But the recovery of the vehicle also proved to be a challenge for the volunteers. The car was first secured before using lifting bags and the car could finally be pulled back onto the road. Firefighters worked for four hours. The incident was registered by the Baden city police.
Already at the beginning of November, as reported, an alcoholic got stuck on a hiking trail in the lower forest area of the Kurpark. He was found asleep in the damaged car by a passerby.
