A 14-year-old is said to have stolen a car in Linz together with three friends. During a chase with the police, the teenager caused a traffic accident. Five people are injured.
The young quartet is said to have stolen the vehicle in the south of Linz. In Traun, the car was noticed by the police, a chase initially yielded no results. The vehicle was allegedly driven by a 14-year-old boy.
Escape the police
The stolen car was later spotted again on the A7 towards Treffling. Police officers give chase. The suspects left Treffling and then fled back on the A7 towards Linz.
Three cars damaged
The 14-year-old driver may have overlooked a woman’s car, which he crashed into. He then collided with another driver’s car. Both women and three of the four youths were injured.
