It was not very chic on Thursday on the slope above the chic Lech ski area in Vorarlberg: two unknown skiers punched a snowboarder (27) several times in the face.
The 27-year-old snowboarder was on his way to the valley on ski slope 20 at around noon on Thursday, coming from the Kriegerhornbahn. Only a few meters after the mountain station, he collided with an unknown skier.
Quarrel escalated completely
Apparently no one was injured. However, the snowboarder got into a verbal argument with his opponent and his two male companions. It wasn’t all about the bad words: Two of the skiers later punched the snowboarder, injuring his face. Then the three strangers ran away.
