Two young people visited a bar on Wilhelminenstraße in Vienna-Ottakring on the night from Thursday to Friday. When the waitress wanted to collect the outstanding amount of 77 euros at 3:20 am, the two became aggressive. They started harassing both the waitress and another lady. A man who came to the aid of the women and then locked the door of the bar was then attacked by the boys with pepper spray and threatened with a knife.
The 26-year-old helper was standing just outside the door of the bar when he witnessed the argument inside. He addressed the youths, who then went outside.
One of the two boys (16) pulled out a pepper spray during the conversation and sprayed it in the direction of the 26-year-old. He ran into the bar and locked the door. The two youths then tried to re-enter. Failing to do so, the 16-year-old took out a knife and threatened the 26-year-old with stabbing motions.

Then the Zechpreller fled. However, during the search, police officers managed to arrest the 16-year-old. The officers confiscated the discarded knife, pepper spray and a plastic bag of narcotics. The Romanian citizen was arrested.
