A garbage truck has left a trail of destruction in the municipality of Ferlach. He touched several facades and even damaged roofs.
On Wednesday morning, the volunteer fire brigade of Ferlach was alerted by the LAWZ for an operation. For unknown reasons, a truck driver ended up in the opposite lane, crashing into two facades and damaged roofs.
“When the emergency services of the Ferlach volunteer fire brigade arrived, all that remained was to clean up. The vehicle involved was a garbage truck that ended up in the oncoming lane for unknown reasons!” describes Ulbricht Ingemar, the commander of FF Ferlach. “Fortunately no one was injured.” The investigation is ongoing.
