EH Bildu has denounced that the name of the company that later became the Euskal Trenbide Sarea government contract (ETS) in the tender documents. The coalition will therefore inquire with alderman Iñaki Arriola.
As explained by EH Bildu’s MP Josu Estarrona to Euskadi Irratia, the specifications state the name of the company that later won the ETS public tender, when it was not yet known which companies were going to present themselves. “At that point in the process, it is impossible to know which companies are going to present themselves, when in theory it is a public tender,” he added.
