Ukrainian authorities have reported at least 21 killed and 73 injured (including 14 minors), after the Russian attack this Saturday on a nine-story residential building in the city Dnipro, in the east of the country.

This was reported by the military governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Valentin Reznichenko, on his account on the Telegram social network.

The building has been hit by at least one missile. They have rescued 38 people and continue to search for another 35 people who are under the rubble.

In addition, Ukraine has denounced a short-range missile attack in the heart of Ukraine Kyiv this Saturday morning, with no casualties.

On Saturday, the missiles also hit critical infrastructure facilities in the eastern region of Kharkov, which borders Russia, and the western Lviv region, which borders Poland, according to authorities.

The entire Kharkiv region is without power after officials were forced to order emergency power cuts. There have also been interruptions in the supply of water and electricity in Lviv.
