Ukraine’s President Volodimir Zelensky confirmed Denis Monastirski’s death on Wednesday and demanded “to clarify the circumstances of what happened”.
“Today a terrible tragedy took place in Brovary,” the president said. “The pain is unspeakable. The helicopter crashed on the grounds of a daycare center,” he said, before insisting that “the exact number of victims of the tragedy be clarified.”
