After a collision with a car in Dr.-Hermann-Hornung-Gasse in Gleisdorf (Styrian district of Weiz) on Monday morning, the police are looking for an injured child. The victim – believed to be a boy – disappeared before police arrived and has not yet been located.
At around 7:10 a.m., a 75-year-old from the Weiz district drove his car on Dr.-Hermann-Hornung-Gasse in the direction of the Alois-Grogger-Gasse intersection. In front of the “Children’s House” (in front of the school center) there was a collision between the car and the unknown child – it was probably a boy.
The child left the area before police arrived. According to the headquarters of the Styrian state police, it has not yet been possible to find out on Tuesday.

There was minor damage to the left wing mirror of the car. The child was probably injured. The police are now looking for him.
