Tacky construction workers – “Piesaffaire” on the roof shocks community building

Date:

Instead of using mobile toilets, construction workers went about their business on the roof. Apartments were then hit through a roundabout. The tenants are shocked.

The residents of Jedleseerstraße 75 in Vienna-Floridsdorf are having a hard time after nine years of continuous construction work. Recently, however, the hygienic conditions have been incredible: the workers of various construction companies who carried out the extension on the roof did not relieve themselves in the designated mobile toilets, but directly on the said roof. In various nooks and crannies and – especially bad ones – ventilation shafts!

Reported to the building office
As a result, the urine ended up in Maria T’s apartment. Shocked and indignant, she reported this to the construction office and contacted other tenants. It turned out that several people had already experienced something similar.

Construction site reference pronounced
According to Wiener Wohnen, a construction worker was banned from the construction site. They also have to pay for cleaning. FPÖ housing ombudsman Michael Niegl is not enough, he wants to do business with the municipality.
