A valet at Australia’s Crown Perth casino hotel severely damaged not one, but two luxury sports cars belonging to a billionaire while parking. A video circulating online shows the valet driver behind the wheel of a teal Lamborghini crashing into a purple car of the same make and owner as he pulls into a parking space.
The hotel staff then clapped their hands over their heads in horror. “That’s impossible! What are you doing there, brother?” says an eyewitness. Each Lamborghini is worth about AUD 900,000 (EUR 580,000), broadcaster 9News reported Friday. Valet parking is a valet parking service offered by luxury hotels, among others.
Luxury bodies are repaired
Crown Resorts confirmed to the broadcaster that an investigation into the incident had been launched. A spokesperson for the billionaire told the Western Australian newspaper: “Crown is working with us to fix the cars and put this all behind us.”
