Father is looking for son – vacationer Lukas K. missing in Zell am See

Date:

A week ago, the Czech Lukas K. (41) disappeared without a trace during a skiing holiday in Zell am See in Salzburg. Father Ludek and sister Petra ask for information about the whereabouts of their Lukas.

There is desperation in the rules of the email. Ludek and Petra K. from the Czech Republic are looking for their Lukas. The 41-year-old’s father and sister no longer know what to do. Her beloved son and brother is gone. There has been no trace of Lukas since last Tuesday.

Divorced on ski day
Lukas went on a skiing holiday to Zell with a group. One friend was there, the rest just acquaintances. At the mountain station of Areitbahn 3, Lukas separated from the others while skiing. He wanted to be alone. On Tuesday evening, holidaymakers reported Lukas’ absence. Nearly 26 hours later, they filed a missing person report with the Zell Police Department.

Over the weekend, mountain rescue services, mountain police, dogs and helicopters searched the Schmitten for the man with the striking appearance – he wears dreadlocks and silver earrings. Disaster management officer Manfred Höger of the district administration took over the coordination of the emergency services.

Father and sister hope for news
The search on and off the slopes was unsuccessful. Lukas’ cell phone was in the parked car, locating it was useless. The officials followed several assumptions, so far to no avail. Father Ludek and sister Petra still have hope. The construction worker from Trebíc, near the Austrian border, is only allowed to report to his family.

People who have seen Lukas K. in Zell or the surrounding area can contact the Zell am See Police on +4359133 5170 or PI-S-Zell-am-See@polizei.gv.at.
