Unconscious father blocked accelerator
To reduce the driving speed, the 18-year-old pulled his father’s foot, who still unconsciously pressed the accelerator. When he succeeded, he steered the car to the right over an embankment into a side road. The vehicle only came to a stop after 100 meters.
Fortunately, neither man was injured. After first aid, the 61-year-old was taken by ambulance to the clinic in Klagenfurt.
