Rammed into a stone wall – Alcoholic driver without a license left a trail of destruction

Date:

A completely drunk 25-year-old got behind the wheel on Friday evening and drove his car in wavy lines in Bludenz towards Nüziders in Vorarlberg. He hit guardrails and stone walls several times. An oncoming motorist was incredibly lucky not to be involved in a collision.

The 25-year-old man drove his car on the L 190 in Bludenz at 6:30 p.m. on Friday without a driver’s license. The target was Nüziders. The journey there was more like an obstacle course. The reason for this was the man’s heavy alcohol consumption, he had 1.8 promille alcohol in the blood. So he first left the road on the right and hit a stone wall before sending the vehicle back onto the road and moving in undulating lines in the direction of Nüziders.

Blessing in disguise
An oncoming motorist was able to stop his car just in time to avoid a frontal collision. The 25-year-old then rammed into a stone wall and finally came to a stop after crashing the car into a barrier on the left side of the road. The driver suffered minor facial injuries. The car is ready for the junkyard.
