Euskaraz irakurri: ELAren Osakidetzako garbiketa greba martxoaren 19th art luzatuko da
ELA appreciates the strike of Osakidetza’s cleaning staff positively. For that reason, it has decided to extend the strike in the sector until March 19.
Faced with the immobility of Osakidetza and private companies, ELA believes that the fight must continue. ELA holds Osakidetza directly responsible for the situation, “since it is the government that has unilaterally decided do not pay the professional career to subcontractors in this sector“.
As ELA has been able to learn, this is how Osakidetza communicated to the Joint Joint Commission. For this reason, and in order to denounce the administration’s political decision and change the course of the negotiations, ELA believes that it “time to keep fighting”.
ELA is clear that mobilization is the only way to get the payment of the professional career and the unlocking of collective bargaining. Moreover, he would like to remind once again that the solution of this conflict does not go through the intervention of the Ertzaintza, nor through the increase of minimum provisions. The solution to this conflict “goes through the payment of professional career to subcontractors and with real negotiations for the improvement of our working conditions”.
The mobilizations continue on Tuesday, March 7thconcentration at noon at Donostia Hospital and on Fridays, 10th of Marchin front of Osakidetza’s headquarters in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
