This young man really doesn’t seem to be learning anything. Just four days after his release, a 16-year-old in Upper Austria committed another crime. That put him back in custody.
Apparently, a two-week stay in custody for a 16-year-old from Schlierbach did not clear things up. Only four days after his release from Linz prison, he allegedly committed another crime.
When attacking a woman
The youngster is believed to be a contributor to a February 12 attack on a 63-year-old woman in Kirchdorf an der Krems city park. He would have planned the crime together with an accomplice (15). As reported, steel bullets were fired from a gas pressure gun at the victim, who had to have a 4.5 millimeter bullet operated on the cheek in the hospital.
knife carried
The woman had previously assured the robbers that she had no money with her. She also did not want to hand over her mobile phone or the key. The 16-year-old is said to have had a knife with him, which was secured. That’s why he was taken into custody.
Theft in nightclub
Schlierbacher was released from prison on March 1. On March 5, he and three teenagers (14, 15, 16) allegedly stole a mobile phone, wallet and car key from a discotheque in Windischgarsten. The quartet used the debit card to buy 15 packs of cigarettes and four train tickets at the fair. The police arrested the group at the train station. The 16-year-old is now in custody.
