Trade union ELA, the majority in the sector, called ten day strike in the Biscay residences request negotiations on the agreement.
So far, ELA has struck for 29 days in homes in Biscay, where some 5,000 people work. LAB has also promoted other strikes by an agreement last signed in 2017.
The ten days of strike that ELA has now called for will be held from March 15 to 24.
