A cyclist has committed a whole series of violations in Innsbruck on Sunday. Not only did he move on at lightning speed, but he also attacked the police after he was apprehended. But that wasn’t all. . .
At around 7:30 p.m., the cyclist drew the attention of the police patrol in the Saggen area of responsibility. He was driving in the middle of the track, on the phone, with one leg on the wheel. After the man, a 28-year-old resident, refused to reveal his identity during the subsequent check and acted aggressively towards the officers, the arrest was pronounced.
resistance to arrest
The 28-year-old tried to resist arrest, injuring a police officer’s hand. An alcohol test at the Austrian was positive, as was a test for cannabis and ecstasy.
