At the hospital in Graz, a police officer stumbled upon an escaping prisoner

Date:

A convict wanted to flee after a visit to the hospital in Graz – but did not get far because a police officer intervened. And the offender fell on his nose …

A prisoner (35) in Graz-Jakomini prison told guards last Sunday that he was not feeling well at all. Since no family doctor was available on Sunday, it was decided to take the man to the Graz State Hospital for an examination. For safety, the officers handcuffed him. Immediately after the investigation, which showed that nothing was wrong, the prisoner had to get back into the police car for transport back to the prison.

Run away after investigation
But suddenly scenes worthy of a movie took place: when an officer opened the door of the vehicle to get in, the convict fled and ran.

The guards gave chase and yelled at the supposedly “sick” man to stop – which he didn’t.

Refugee fell on his face
What the fugitive had not thought of at the time: the handcuffs prevented him from walking, so that his pursuers were already on his heels after a short time. The 35-year-old stumbled, stumbled and fell on his face. But the prisoner still did not want to give up, he got up and started to run again.

However, the calculation did not work again – because four prison guards gave him a “Haxl” in good Styrian. Stupid, because instead of enjoying freedom, the escapee is now behind Swedish curtains again.
