Three people have been killed in a car accident in a tunnel in Monaco. A car crashed into the wall of the tunnel in the city center early Saturday morning and caught fire, authorities said.
Massive smoke drifted into adjacent residential buildings, from which a dozen residents had to be evacuated. Only the occupants of the car were saved by firefighters. No other cars were involved in the accident.
