Seven crew members were rescued from the sinking of the ship “Villaboa 1” this morning off the coast of Cabo Mayo, Cantabria, and another was seriously injured.

Two people have died and one has disappeared this morning due to the shipwreck from the ship “Villaboa 1”, located in Santander (Cantabria, Spain), off the coast of Cabo Mayor. Seven crew members were rescued alive.
This was announced by the President of Cantabria, Miguel Ángel Revilla, on his Twitter account. “Another new accident at sea. This morning at 05:30, the Villaboa 1, stationed in Santander, was shipwrecked off the coast of Cabo Mayor,” Revilla complained on Twitter.
According to sources from the rescue operation, one of the ship’s crew members he is seriously injured.
