After a Viennese woman shouted indiscriminately at passersby on Wednesday afternoon and attacked two police officers, she was arrested.
Around 4 p.m., concerned local residents alerted the police of the Ottakring city command because a woman was screaming loudly in a courtyard. When the police arrived on the scene, they saw the 32-year-old screaming indiscriminately at passersby.
When the police wanted to intervene, the woman from Vienna grabbed an officer’s safety vest and tried to pull him towards her. The 32-year-old was subsequently arrested. The woman randomly kicked another police officer in the shin during the arrest. The official was able to continue the service unimpeded after a minor injury.
