Curious car accident in Mauthausen (Upper Austria). A 23-year-old from Linz had overlooked a construction site in Mauthausen and moments later ended up in a pothole, unable to move forward or backward.

The 23-year-old from Linz drove around 9:55 p.m. on Easter Monday with a 19-year-old from Ansfelden on the B3 in the municipality of Mauthausen in his VW Golf. On a construction site there, the man drove against the signs (no entry) in the direction of Linz.

The totally damaged car was lifted from the Künette with a crane, the FF Mauthausen was in action for more than two hours. The driver may have overlooked the construction site because an alcohol test was negative.
