Light has come into the darkness around the discovery of a seriously injured man on Vienna’s Brünner Straße in the Floridsdorf district. As reported, the victim was found unconscious on the road. A 55-year-old man managed to solve the mystery of the man’s serious injuries.
As reported, a driver found the 33-year-old lying on the road at night and alerted the emergency services. The victim had serious injuries – it was initially unclear whether these were the result of an accident or an act of violence. Since the man could not give any information – he was immediately put into an artificial deep sleep, so interrogation was not possible.

Until Monday evening, when a 55-year-old accompanied a lawyer to the Trillergasse police station and was able to clear up the incident. At the time of the incident, he was driving his van on Brünner Straße and, as he himself said, “saw a hit”, but paid no further attention to it. “He later found damage to the vehicle,” said police spokesman Philipp Hasslinger.
Based on media reports, the man then made a connection between the incident and the finding of the seriously injured man and then turned himself in to the police.
