The Spanish government announced this weekend that it will rent 50,000 homes of the sarb, formerly known as the bad bank, at an affordable price. 35,000 homes have already been built and it is planned to build 15,000 new public housing in the land that this company owns.
In principle, Hego Euskal Herria would not be too bothered by it, as it currently has only 96 homes on its territory; 53 in the Basque Autonomous Community and others 43 in Navarre.
