On Monday evening, 911 was called that a woman had accidentally stabbed herself. When police arrived at the home, they found a second woman. It turned out that one of the two women actually suffered a chest wound and was bleeding profusely. The other woman confessed to jealously threatening her partner with a knife to get the truth out of her. In the heat of battle, she stabbed her friend and injured her chest. The injured woman was taken to hospital to treat the superficial cuts.

The suspect has been arrested by the police. The 26-year-old Hungarian was then banned from entering and approaching her, as well as a temporary ban from using weapons. After interrogation and consultation with the Vienna public prosecutor’s office, she was released. There is currently a suspicion of serious coercion and bodily harm.
