In this objective to grow the number of employees, Nubla has put forward that Konfekoop will start the establishment of 51 new companies through Enkarlan.

In general, the evolution of employment is “positive”, although the confederation has closed 2022 with a decrease of 387 employees0.6% less than last year, data Nubla linked to the fact that during the two years of the pandemic, the associated companies strengthened their workforces to respond to the needs generated and the casualties caused by the positives.

For the purpose of this exercise, Konfekoop has been marked as a strategy deal with the current scenario of rising costs and prices due to rising inflation, but at the same time remain “competing” companies.

Lavín has pointed out that the co-op business group’s challenges for 2023 have as their main goal to strengthen their “historic claim” of to join Lanbide’s Board of Directors influence the active employment policy promoted by the Basque employment service.
