Juvenile delinquency – robber (14): “Otherwise I’ll stab you!”

Date:

In Salzburg, a 14-year-old schoolgirl will face a juvenile court next week after a brutal knife robbery of a peer. But it is not the first offense with which the young person has been linked. Several reports against the girl have already failed. Because the girl’s immaturity has made further prosecution impossible so far.

It was not the first offense of a student (14) from the city of Salzburg, who must appear before the regional court on Tuesday for theft. But it is the first act for which she will actually have to answer. Until now, age-related immaturity protected the girl. Three reports – also for theft – against the suspect have already been closed.

Desert threat and beatings for the victim
The public prosecutor accuses the student of robbing a young person in a restaurant at Salzburg’s main train station on January 31 this year. Accordingly, she held a stiletto in front of him and demanded valuables. “Otherwise I will stab you,” the teenager allegedly substantiated her claim. The victim was allegedly beaten by the girl’s accomplices.

According to the indictment, these involved minors who had received negative attention on several occasions and a previously unknown young person. The loot: a jacket, a hood and headphones. In the end, the rabid robber is said to have threatened: “If you call the police, I’ll cut you open!”
