Peter Quapil is angry. He feels abandoned by politics. He lives with his wife Sonja and his mother-in-law in a small two-storey house in Vienna-Ottakring. The mother lives on the ground floor, the couple upstairs – both retired and over 60 themselves. The 86-year-old mother is mentally and physically ill and now needs a lot of attention. But the financial situation is tense.
