Allegations of sexual incidents at work in the control center in Tyrol, published in the “Krone”, are expanding. There is no equality and harassment of women is widespread there.
“The allegations in the anonymous letter to the prosecutor and state councilor Astrid Mair remind me a lot of the conditions during my time at the control center,” said a former employee in an interview with “Krone”. “Anyone who stands up to the abuses is fired or bullied until they themselves are pressured to leave the company,” he says.
Women behind the stove
In short, many male executives still hold the Stone Age view that women belong behind the stove. “For a long time I couldn’t believe that women were being drastically disadvantaged until it became crystal clear to me.”

“Nobody Cared”
It is incomprehensible that director Bernd Noggler finds the fluctuation in personnel not unusual. “Even in my time there were many departures and chronic staff shortages, vacancies could no longer be filled. However, nobody in the management team was interested in that at all.”
As a result, the quality reportedly suffered greatly. “Anyone who made an emergency call may have been on hold for a long time. Waiting two minutes next to an unconscious person before calling for help is an eternity!”
