Rough manners sometimes rule the road. That turned out once again on Sunday afternoon in the center of Innsbruck. After a collision with a car, the fuses of a cyclist (32) apparently blown – and suddenly his bicycle flew through the air.
The accident happened shortly before 5 p.m. at the intersection of Südtiroler Platz and Salurnerstraße. A 63-year-old motorist and a 32-year-old cyclist were involved. The latter was slightly injured. The cause of the collision between the car and the cyclist has not yet been fully clarified. What is already certain is the reaction of the cyclist.
Wheel thrown in the direction of the car
“After the collision, he took his bicycle as a thrown object and threw it at the car involved in the accident,” said the Innsbruck police. They must now clarify which damage to the vehicle was caused by the collision and which was caused by the deliberate collision after the accident. Further investigations are underway. The cyclist might lose his freak.
