A nurse in Berlin abused and filmed his act. The 40-year-old was now on trial for this in Eisenstadt, where he received a partially suspended prison sentence.
As a nurse, Christian M. should actually protect the dignity of his patients in the retirement home in Berlin, where he worked from 2015 to 2022, who professionally guide people in the last phase of their lives.
Abused and filmed old man
But first of all: M.’s life was long characterized by self-denial. Although he is actually homosexual, he tried to live heterosexually for years, was married and even has a child. When the marriage broke down in 2022, the born Austrian moved to his homeland. Going through his things, the ex-wife found an old data carrier in Berlin and discovered two videos that couldn’t have been more disgusting.

The recordings showed that M. sexually abused an unconscious old patient. The woman filed a report, but since the nurse – he no longer works in this profession – had meanwhile moved to Burgenland, the public prosecutor’s office of Eisenstadt took action. And she accused the man of sexually assaulting a defenseless person. At the beginning of the trial, the defender pointed out that his client voluntarily underwent therapy and had not been guilty of anything before and after: “I therefore ask the court for a lenient sentence.”
“My master has ordered me!”
When Judge Doris Halper-Praunias and Judge Karl Mitterhöfer asked the defendant how he came up with this idea in the first place, the answer led to social media abyss: “I was in a telegram group. There I met someone who became my ‘master’. He asked me to do it, film myself doing it and send him the video. I am terribly sorry for everything today.”
The jury sentenced M. to 18 months, partially suspended. He has to serve six.
