A drug driver was removed from traffic on Monday while securing the way to school in Schwechat (Bruck ad Leitha district). The 33-year-old was driving without a valid driver’s license.
The driver did not have a valid driver’s license on Tuesday, according to police. He was stopped by the agents of the Lower Austrian State Police Headquarters for his driving. There was also a suspicion of a disorder.
A drug test came back positive
While a breath alcohol test came back negative, a drug test revealed a narcotics-related deterioration. A subsequent medical examination confirmed the driver’s incapacity to drive.
