What happened? Two inspectors were called for help in the case of “improper behavior of the defendants” (according to the German official) by a man in an apartment who, according to his statements, no longer knew what to do because his wife “behaved in such a way verbally”.
Police officer could understand the curses
According to the advertisement, the two officers felt this too. Two extremely rude Polish swear words are said to have fallen – the result: one of the police officers, who apparently understood the swearing, now complained privately to the woman. The court has to deal with a proud total value of 12,000 euros for “honor violation”!
Business model with suspicion of a private lawsuit
