A serious accident took place on the B14 in Kierling (Lower Austria) on Tuesday afternoon. A woman with a pram and a dog on a leash was hit by a car and seriously injured. The driver (29) was probably distracted by his mobile phone.
Fortunately, the 24-year-old’s one-year-old daughter was only slightly injured. The man behind the wheel may have noticed too late that the 24-year-old wanted to cross the B14 at a cyclist crossing with her daughter in the pram and her dog on a leash, the police said.
