“Once sweet and sour!” During a raid on a Chinese restaurant in Rohrbach, a robber lost his nerve, but his victim, the landlady (43), held on to them. When the masked man threatened the woman with a gun, she picked up the phone and said she would call the police. The perpetrator then fled.
A previously unknown man, masked with a black balaclava, entered a restaurant in the center of Rohrbach around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday and purposefully moved behind the bar and threatened the 43-year-old owner and a 24-year-old waiter with a pistol with a black pistol. He demanded cash, whereupon the owner picked up the cordless phone and said she would call the police.
Dilettante fled on foot
The man then fled without any loot on foot via Pfargasse in the direction of the church. There were five other guests in the restaurant at the time of the attempted robbery. A major search for the fugitive was launched – the Cobra task force, rapid reaction forces (SRK) and service dog handlers, as well as several police patrols, have so far searched for the man without success. The two victims were in shock, but were not injured.
Perpetrator description:
An approximately 25-year-old man, about 180 cm tall, thin, wearing a black hooded jacket and black trousers. He used a beige backpack to transport the gun, believed to be a fake with the inscription “Tommy Hilfiger” and was masked with a black balaclava.
