A video on social media shows a wild ghost driver (75) who caused a lot of commotion on Friday morning on the S3 near Stockerau (Lower Austria). Soon after, she also crashed into another car and tried to escape.
According to police, the 75-year-old from Stockerau Nord had driven towards Hollabrunn, noticed she was lost, turned around on the speedway and simply drove back the wrong way. The accident then happened at the Stockerau Ost exit.

But that didn’t stop the 75-year-old from turning around again to move on. She was only being investigated because she was recorded by the “dashcam” of an oncoming car after the collision, the Lower Austria State Police Directorate reported. The woman now expects reports to the public prosecutor’s office and the district.
The 75-year-old has been reported to the public prosecutor’s office in Korneuburg for deliberate endangerment, according to the state police. At the same time, a report is being made to the Korneuburg district administration because of the wrong-way driver and the collision after a traffic accident with material damage.
