When police conducted priority patrols on Vienna’s Stephansplatz on Friday, they were caught by two thieves. Thanks to officials, the stolen goods, cash and debit cards were returned to their original owners.
The two women had already noticed the officers because of their strange behavior. The perpetrators repeatedly moved close to passers-by and looked around nervously. Due to the coordinated behavior of the women, they were believed to be complicit.
