The conflict between motorists and cyclists is as old as the racing bicycle itself. In a study by the KfV (Austrian Road Safety Council), 80 percent of the cyclists surveyed indicate that they have often or sometimes had conflicts with motorists. But nerves are also a bit tense with the latter: every third driver is annoyed by the behavior of cyclists.
